General Payment Information

Due to our business being small, we cannot delay in taking payments for our services. We will need a current credit card on file, even if the payment preference is invoice or check.

We can send invoices and you can pay online but there is a deadline of 7 days after the invoice is sent to pay. If the cleaning is not paid by the 7th day, then we will charge the credit card on file the following day. If a check is sent by mail, we would also need to receive it within the 7 days, if no check is received by then we will need to charge the credit card on file.

We do this in order to keep our payroll running smoothly.

No more than one cleaning at a time can be unpaid.
