Move-in/ Move-out cleanings

Tierra Eco Cleaning offers move-in and move-out cleanings for empty homes and apartments. We have flexible hours to accommodate your needs. We work for apartments, condominiums and individual owners as well as Realtors!

Move-in cleanings generally should take less time than a move-out cleaning since the home should have already been cleaned by the previous tenants. Basic cleaning and dusting to remove any dust that may have built up during vacancy. If this is not the case than it may be more like a move-out.

A move-out cleaning is much more thorough, as the home is cleaned top to bottom. Appliances will also be moved to clean underneath and behind if possible.

Kitchen

Counter tops and back splash cleaned
Outside/inside cabinets cleaned
Sinks cleaned
Floor vacuumed/mopped
Exterior/interior of all appliances (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top) cleaned. Behind/underneath cleaning if the appliance can be moved
Microwave cleaned/sanitized inside and out
Range hood cleaned
All hardware, knobs, handles, etc. cleaned
Outlet/switch plates cleaned

Bathrooms

Sinks cleaned
Tub and/or shower cleaned
Toilets cleaned and sanitized inside and out, including base and behind
Vanity top cleaned
Outside and inside of cabinets cleaned
Mirrors cleaned
Window sills wiped
Based boards wiped and dusted
Floor cleaned
Knobs and fixtures polished
Outlet/switch plates cleaned

All Areas/Rooms

Laundry room washer/dryer wiped clean
Knobs, fixtures, switches cleaned
Inside windows cleaned
Window sills cleaned
Woodwork and molding wiped and dusted
All floors cleaned
Carpets vacuumed
Cobwebs removed
Light fixtures/ceiling fans cleaned (where safely accessible)
