Rough Cleaning
What to expect:
- Remove any and all trash, dirt and debris from the interior of the unit and dispose of as directed by Contractors superintendent.
- Clean and check all tubs (this insures any nicks and damages get fixed before final inspection) toilets, lavatories, kitchen sinks and appliances. Remove any and all temporary protection and labels not required to remain.
- Clean out all kitchen cabinets and vanity cabinets. Clean all kitchen counter tops and vanity tops.
- Scrape with stainless steel blades only, and wash the inside and outside surfaces of all windows and sliding glass doors. For now we can only clean exterior windows up to 2-stories if we can clean them safely. Be advised that any cement or stucco over-spray may scratch surfaces in the event that no precautions were taken to protect surfaces.
- Clean all interior windows and sliding door frames, sills, and tracks. Vacuum tracks as required.
- Clean all utility closets, furnace closets, storage areas. (garages at additional charge) clean all water heater closets.
- Clean water valve box. (washing machine/dryer area) if available.
Extra Info
Final cleaning
Final Cleaning services are much more extensive than our rough cleaning process. Our goal is to prepare any property for inspection by the owner and ensure they will be read to occupy the property as soon as possible.
Finally, if a touch-up clean is needed post inspection, we can do that as well. This clean is usually done after the punch list is complete and meant to erase the tracks of various sub-contractors who may have needed to make some changes. We will help you prepare any construction project for occupancy, all without being intrusive to other work being done. For touch-ups we generally, dust, shine, and vacuum all surfaces as needed.
Note: it is normal for there to be slight dust post-cleaning as it settles down. Over-time less dust should fall.
